Nicholas Eng

Director in Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate group in New York. In this role, he leads a team that structures and underwrites new credits to institutional clients nationwide. His team primarily focuses on growing Capital One’s non-bank CRE lending platform, via specialization in master repurchase agreements and note-on-notes. Nick also covers secured real estate fund and REIT transactions, as well as balance sheet manufactured housing opportunities. Previously, he was part of Capital One’s Mid-Atlantic CRE group, covering a wide range of assets and structures for the bank’s regional client base.

Nick has been involved in RELA since 2016, having served as an officer on both the DC and NYC RELA chapters. He most recently chaired RELA NYC’s Young Members committee.

Nick received his BS in Business Administration from American University and currently resides in Manhattan.
