RELA Philadelphia Virtual Event

Join RELA members as the RELA Philadelphia chapter kicks off their first event as an official chapter. This panel will focus on mixed-use developments in suburban Philadelphia to get a state of the market on retailers (impact of COVID, concessions, how are restaurants operating, what comes next in the winter, how is retail leasing?) and on apartments (are they seeing the same strong absorption post-COVID, is there a flight out of the city to the suburbs for apartments, concessions, delinquencies, changes in consumer demands?).
