ELIGIBILITY

Individual membership shall be open to those who originate, underwrite, close, manage, service, buy, and/or sell loans for institutional lenders and to institutional equity investors whose financings place capital under their control at risk.

RELA NYC Young Membership is open to the first 50 new members who sign up and meet the following guidelines:

1. Must be 30 years or younger, subject to verification
   
2. Available to new members only
   
3. Individuals who originate, underwrite, close, manage, service, buy, and/or sell loans for institutional lenders and to institutional equity investors whose financings place capital under their control at risk.
